credit card over the phone. We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
Your receipt will be mailed to you and will consist of the
original raffle ticket stub.

check through the mail. Once we receive your check in the
mail, your receipt will be mailed to you and will consist of
the original raffle ticket stub. Please DO NOT send
cash through the mail.

Stop by the Nursing Home Ombudsman Agency
office located inside the Lexington Senior Citizens Center,
at 1530 Nicholasville Road, Lexington, KY 40503. You may
use cash, check or credit card to purchase tickets; your
original raffle ticket stub receipt will be given to you at
the time of purchase.

Tickets go on sale February 1, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. General
raffle ticket sale hours will be Monday – Friday, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Ticket sales end
promptly at 1:45 p.m. on March 29.
